Define "alien"? If by "alien" you mean life existing on a planet besides earth, I say it is most likely a certainty. I believe there is single celled microbial life right in our own solar back yard, like in the oceans of Europa or locked up somewhere in the soil of Mars. I also believe there might be intelligent civilizations out there...somewhere...but the universe is so vast and the stable conditions for life are so brief on any given planet that we will likely never encounter another civilization. Any civilization "near" (astronomically speaking)us could have come and gone millions of years ago and we would never have known it was there.

I believe in aliens. I just saw one crossing down the street. Looks shabby.

I think it is possible yes. Even here on earth, there are different organisms that are able to live in different conditions. So maybe somewhere out there, there are living beings who may or may not be like us, living in conditions like those present in our world, or maybe in conditions totally different from ours. The question is: will we ever meet them? =P Or are they already around here somewhere? =P

welcome to mylot! :) personally, i also believe that aliens exist. It just has to be possible, because in school we were taught that the universe is infinite, and there are plenty of other galaxies. :D

Personally, I'm not really sure if I do. Is there possibility that there is other life forms living on other planets?? Sure. I'm opened to the idea. But I haven't seen anything or had any experience that would make be believe that aliens exist. I do respect all those who do believe in aliens. As I have said, I am opened to new ideas and such.

Well, I guess this question has been asked many times over the years and I'm thinking that this is some huge universe that we live in. Don't ask me to explain the science as all that mathematics and figure work intimidates me!. However, on the scheme of things I think that I can safely say that there has to be something else out there! There has to be some kind of other life form and they are probably doing the same thing as us, actually looking for other life on other planets other than their own! I don't know if you watched that movie Avatar? Well that was a great movie and I know it's fiction right now but I think there may be an element of truth in what actually takes place in this particular movie! Oh, I don't mean blue natives running around on another planet although you never know! I sometimes ask myself the question if Aliens actually paid us a visit right now who would represent planet Earth? Would it be president Obama? Or perhaps it would be someone from the United Nations! All said and done I think it's just a matter of time before contact is finally established. That will be one very exciting day, the only problem is, I don't think I am going to be around to see it! I kind of believe in them, although I haven't really seen one.. the universe is a really big place, there are hundreds of other galaxies out there that man has not been in... I am not so sure about this. Maybe there are really other creatures out there and maybe they are also asking each other if they believe in aliens. I haven't seen one so I'm still dubious about it.

Yes I believe in aliens. The universe is so big what's to stop it from having different forms of life creatures somewhere else? If we exist, there's probably something else that exists as well.

i dont believe aliens at all,to see it to believe.because if they do exist here on earth? people will get noticed them or that somebody must have noticed them if they are around .:)havent seen UFO yet in my entire life

i have had contact with beings before yes and they are benevolent in nature but be aware not all are benevolent, the more we eneter into 2011-2012 this will become noticeable that aliens do exist, this year will be great for their arrival. FBI etc have placed on their website official ufo files so nobody can't say that they do no longer exists because they do.
