chillene yes!I do believe there is an alien. Some scientist describe them by their own interpretation. Though I haven't seen one. But there's a lot studies nowadays. w

chillene I just visit my doctor recently. I heard a patient with a hypertension. The doctor told him to eat moderately. That is the keyword! MODERATELY... You are what you eat. If you feel hungry then eat just the right amount of food. Lots of water will do.
