I always notice that after feeling a strong emotion, I always feel sleepy. Even a strong joy, anger, sadness, surprise, or even the feeling of being in-love (when your heart beats really hard and fast), when the emotion ceases, I tend to feel sleepy and there is a strong urge for me to sleep.
Does this happen to you to?

Hi,
This applies not only on you but on all people and exceptions are thee of course. When you are were in strong emotions our body muscle gets tighten and as we slowly come over that unpleasant phase you feel so tired that if you lie on the bed you would go asleep faster than before.
And if you are not in so much hurry and sleep you would not mind that where you have taken a nap.

Hi! thank you for your comment. i just thought maybe there's a way to "stop" feeling sleepy, because there ate times a doze is not exactly what the situation needs.

Oh, thank you very much for the explanation. I thought it is not normal.

It is natural. During strong emotion, your adrenalin kicks up and that causes you to loose some energy.

Hi mspatriciaDV this situation is normal as we all know if we are keep on crying our body produces some adrenalin so, after producing it our body is already weak so we are sleepy this is some of the rationale
