MDFang I think that's pretty normal. Most people really exhaust their bodies when they get very emotional. Direct effect may be, for example, you being more alert, but after a while, the body will get tired of staying that alert all the time.

It is just me or i am easily annoyed today, woke up fine... the first early hours of my day was fine...till people arriving here in the office they get on my nerves! or maybe it was them who woke up on the wrong side of the bed!...

MDFang If someone's constantly blasting the same song over and over, then yeah, that's annoying. Try annoying them back, but don't make it too obvious ;D
