Hello Mylotters, Okay this week Ive started to do some waight loss because now Iam ready for it. Ive started walking through the park for one hour. Yes I was tired hahahahah. For me this is the best way to start, because I love the park and this motivate me. What do you think, walking is the best sollution or must I use my crosstrainer at home?

I have a park right across the street from me and weather permitting I love waling around the park several times to de-stress and or just simply get outdoors sometimes. I do have a really great indoor bicycle I have been using for three years. I think walking is a really great start and at some point adding a bit of jogging would be excellent.

Yep walking is great for weight loss but u need to combine it with healthy eating. Add brocolli and grapefruit to your diet they speed up the metabolism. Also drink a lot of water through out the day, that also aids in weight loss.

Walking can certainly lead to weight loss if you do it consistently. You can start with shorter distances in the initial setup but you have to increase the distance as you go on. Consistent swimming will also help in weight loss and be sure you follow a balanced diet. Once you start seeing and feeling the results, you will gain more motivation and while doing so will increase your confidence.

Hi delicious: I think that walking is a really good exercise that almost everyone can practice. I do this sometimes and I also do yoga and do some othe activities that help me to lose some weight but I combine it with my diet as you have seen on my latest discussion. this helps me to stay healthier.
