Tips and advice? Set your rate before you hire writers. Be clear how much they'll get per-word or per article of standard length. If you set standard length from 250-400 words, bear in mind that you'll get all 250s and no 400s! Choose your writers carefully - YOU will be responsible for client satisfaction. How will you decide if someone's good enough? What qualifications or qualities are you looking for? Are you going to work in one language or many? Are you only offering writing or proofing/editing, transcription, etc? Choose your deadlines carefully for the same reason and allow time to replace a writer who drops out in-job. How will you manage the work queue? What's the writing job process you'll use? Think about quality - how will you maintain it? Think about rewrites - how do you decide if a client deserves one when they complain? What do you do if a client's not happy? What payment systems will you use? Will you work through a bidding site or some other way? If not using a site, what payment guarantees do you offer? Will you be proofing/editing the work yourself before delivery? Do you need another 'layer' of workers to check content before delivery? How do you fire a writer? There's a few questions to be going on with... it's a complicated business, running a business.

Edit, edit, edit. Can't do enough of that. I am not into fashion, music, visual art or poetry that much but am very interested in psychology. It is going to be tough and you will have to be tough in this direction you are taking. Don't be plain, give it some color. Good luck in this undertaking.
