i love making lists...what to do, what to eat this week, what to shop for...
but sadly, i don't stick to it (almost always, most of the time)... i don't know for some reason i find things are just so, fluid...to even plan for them. but i still make lists anyway. it's something i find fun to do. what about you?

I think list making is an excellent exercise, even if you don't stick to the plan. So often, life throws something your way and you have to deal with it, but if you have a plan ahead of time, adapting becomes easier. You know what HAS to get done and what can slide. I make to-do lists and sometimes they actually get done, but I'm much more productive if I have a direction to shoot for rather than floating around. More peaceful too. It's easy to get overwhelmed if you're constantly trying to keep everything you have to do in your head.

I am the queen of lists as well! Post it notes are one of my favorite things. I love to be organized with whatever I do. I think that is a part of the reason I love lists. Another reason is because I love how I feel when I cross each item off of that list. It feels great to know you're accomplishing things. It makes me feel even better when I'm crossing it off a list as opposed to just remembering to do something and doing it.
So yes, I know exactly how you feel! I love to-do lists!

I have a planner of my activities-those pre-planned and also with special events and occasion.
But i don't lists a day to day food/dish.
I have my routine change, not to get bored or sounds monotonous.
But my usual routine is going for groceries twice a month, depending when there is an occasion, then that would be an add-on.
happy weekend

I am the same way!
I have them merely as a guide. Or for a source of pride to draw upon.
When I have a list of things to do, and I manage to finish something before it's alloted schedule, then I feel good about myself because I've hussled to make it so. And then when I have lots of time at the end of the day, or the end of the week for myself, I find that I enjoy it more.

I'm exactly the same, I make all these lists hoping that I will get everything done by the end of the day. If I have 20 things on my list I will probably only take two off at the end of the day which is frustrating sometimes but it's making lists thus help me organise myself more.
