how to avoid electrostatic at work

as part of my jobs description to deliver food in a stainless steel cart i always get this electrostatic tickle, the building is well contained environment so no moisture coming in, though i were comfortable rubberize gloves and snickers i still get tickle with static electricity, do you have idea guys who to avoid or get rid of this electrostatic tickle at work?
