Since the dawn of civilization..the man worship the nature... Gaia,Shiva,God...it head a name, but as the man wisdom grow he could not be able to remain as these simple beliefs. Now n our day, we see that the humanity is returning to the nature... We eat eco, we have eco gasoline, not to mention pharmaceutics... But is this enough to live better?? I wonder if you are able to return to the nature...to the earth.. Leaving all your stuffs back into the dark cities and go back in to the wild... Living at the mercy of nature..in perfect harmony??? Me...i am ready to change my life style ...

Not entirely but I would like to live in a nice area with plenty of natural surroundings. The whole pooping on the ground thing would bug me.. and lack of shelter.

Wow my friend, welcome first here in mylot... and be my friend.. Eventhough you belief is different I got your point but God's allow His creature to build, to norture life in a modern way, but I admit that some are not protecting the eco life for the sake of their own interest. But we need those modern life to excell our talent - if we return to old life we are mess... only we need is care to them... as God wants... see you around

I am agree with you, God allow them to build but not to destroy...the nature is taking care of that , and i agree with the fact that mankind needed to build homes, but not in this way...look in india or china..even 3000 people on square mile!!..this is so wrong!!..and i am not a racist:)

I donĀ“t think it is posible to go back or even desirable. But we can learn to make good use of both worlds. Cars and computers are not bad per se, but we have used them in shameful ways. We should learn again how to walk, talk, play. Those are now lost talents .

I miss my childhood days when my grandparents lived off the land. We had an "outhouse" and when I saw a spider in it I did go outside of it LOL. Our water was not bottled. Grandpa had managed to put a copper pipe that ran out of the ground from the spring. No matter how hot it got plenty of fresh spring water! We had no air conditioning and somehow we managed to survive. Grandma used a wooden cook stove and got up promptly at 4 am every morning to make a good breakfast while Grandpa was out milking the cows and collected eggs from the chickens if I was not there to help. We had a basic phone. I remember Grandma sticking a 8" round metal cake pan under it and she knew when the neighbor got a call. They shared a phone line so if your neighbor got a phone call you could pick up and join in or listen in. I don't remember my grandparents having to take so much medicine back then. In fact don't remember ever seeing them go to a DR until after I grew up. Those were simple basic days and seemed to be more freecaring. Now there is so much waste, everyone thinks they need better and more, and if we just remembered how simple life was when we grew up and no cell phones, a movie was made maybe 3 to 4 times a year to replace at the movie theateres that were one screen not multiplex. we are what and how we live. Although people complain, I live in a tourist area that sees no lack of vacationers despite rising gas prices, food prices etc. Had to go to the store for milk and bread, cars were literally pouring into our state from the surrounding states and then some. So yes I would love to see God give us back some basic life principals so we can enjoy more individually.

To live even one day in the rhythm of nature, not fear us every nutshell mosquito wing or on the road. Let us wake up early to run or to stop, gently, naturally ... Let's not leave us overwhelmed by the whirl of today, the life cycle ... and if the machines will call to let them until they sound hoarsely. And if the bell rings, why do we speed?

going back to nature doesn't necessarily mean living it wild. it's living in a civilization, but with almost natural sorroundings. the reason we are going back to being ecological is because we want to preserve life on earth. it is in no way related to religion or to complex philosophy. and it is safe to say that man's (and women's) wisdom grew when they abandoned pagan beliefs. welcome to mylot, romania. hope we could well adopt to diverse opinions. lol. =)
