logantheman It is possible, however they say it takes a day for every hour of change for your body to adjust. It's a matter of changing your internal clock. I work 3rd shift so I often find myself sleeping random and odd hours.. took some getting use to.

logantheman LOL, this is so true... However I work at Wal-Mart and they still have one in the front of the store.. I think this is the ONLY place I have still seen a unit still functioning. They use to have them at every gas station, now they are just empty spaces. :P
