do you love to sleep more?

i love to sleep more..i love children sleep more than it requires.like eight hours.but lately i was advised not to sleep longer because it is not good for the health..is it true??if it is how sad i will be.in sleeping my mind is at rest so is my heart.though i dream a lot.as if through dreams i am awake.of course you cant dream when youre awake??and lastly because i want to die in sleeping.weird thought but do you have this kind of thinking as well especially when youre so down and only ceasing to live is the best option?

Don't worry about the 8-hour thing too much. It is normal for kids and teenagers to want to sleep around 10 hours and for the elderly to want to only sleep around 6. Trust your feelings. If you sleep too long, your body might ache or you might feel sluggish throughout the day. If you sleep too little, you might have trouble focusing or you might be grumpy. As to the last sentence you kinda snuck in there, you mentioned that you like to sleep a lot and if you are having thoughts that you don't want to live, I would say that you might want to talk to a doctor or somebody about depression because it sounds like that's a real possibility. Good luck. Learn how to juggle.

i'm sleeping for 8 hours or even more a day. depending if i have an interesting to do, i am willing to woke up earlier. :))

Ha ha,I actually think more time to sleep.But children to school,must get up at 6 o'clock in the morning and at night,and I often sleep in 12 o'clock hasgone,which means that I sleep time every day is only five to six hours,this has been a year,already accustomed to,the body also is good.

yes long hour sleeping is not good for health of a person.. and its is scientificaly proved. it may cause depression and obesity so you should take care of it. n if it become addiction then plz try to get rid lof it as soon as possible, n for good dreams need nt to sleep for long hour.. bt it need a peacefull ivironment of ur bedroom..
