i love to sleep more..i love children sleep more than it requires.like eight hours.but lately i was advised not to sleep longer because it is not good for the health..is it true??if it is how sad i will be.in sleeping my mind is...

aakash4554 yes long hour sleeping is not good for health of a person.. and its is scientificaly proved. it may cause depression and obesity so you should take care of it. n if it become addiction then plz try to get rid lof it as soon as possible, n for good dreams...

Turn out the light - please

So, we went on this little trip, and everything was reasonably good. Most of the trip we had one room for the roomie's mom and another for the two of us, with 2 beds I will add... But on the way up and back, we only got one...

aakash4554 i won't sleep with light, i will prefer to go and switch off the light.. yes i will be little tempered but won't be snipped n i will take my proper sleep.
