The average life of Japaneese and Chineese is around 70-80 years as compared to other countries of the world. They dont sit at home and continously do some work. They exercise regularly mainly Tai Chi. Their food is also balance. So any mylotters especially from China or Japan are welcome for their response.

it's true that most old people live longer in china today. those who do exercises regularly are old people. young people are either too lazy or do not realize the importance of exercising. besides Tai Chi, people take other forms of exercises, like jogging, swimming, playing balls. traditional chinese medicine is also an effective measure for people's health.

I also have a lot of routines like tai chi, tai kwon do, tai mai shus, tai sa pwet, tai nang yan, etc.. thats why I never grow old. I'm already 98 years old but I look like I'm 18.

I didn't know this, but this I think it is the same for other countries as well, like Spain and the other Mediterranean countries where their diet is very balanced, with low-salt low-fat and sugar, plenty of vegetables and fruits and fish. It really depends on the individual and the habits that they adopt, so they are surrounded with a family who have healthy ideals and it really helps. Besides diet and exercise, social life, family life, a very important. Normally those who have family around them are equipped to live longer, as they live a happy fulfilled life.
