Do you believe this prediction again? Many were victims of false prophecy last May 21,2011. A lot of supporters in this campaign spent their money to spread the news that the world will end in such and such date. Then nothing happens. Do you believe this time that it will happen in this date? To? I don't because no body know the exact date and hour of Jesus coming and the end of the world.

I don't believe it. The only reason that they have set this date is because they got it wrong the first time and couldn't admit to their followers that they'd just made it up, so they came up with a new date off the top of their head and are just hoping that enough people will believe in it.
I think it's unfair that the end of the world keeps being predicted like this, because some people do get genuinely scared about it, and I even got a little bit nervous myself towards the time when the world was supposed to end last time. Even though I know it's all rubbish, there's a little part of me that can't help being nervous and wondering what would happen if they were right about it all along.

sure.... plenty of proof i can show....
first of all....
there are only 2 sons of Adam and Eve....
where did Cain get his Wife?
now, you can't answer this by using only Bible.....
it simply shows that the story of Adam and Eve is just a myth....
no scientific evidence to prove.....
where did Cain get his Wife????

it is very impossible to predict the end of the world using any forms of religions as the only source....
especially the bible, any kinds of bibles, you can't use bible to predict the end of the world since bible is not a reliable source....

Geez, another one? I'm not crossing my fingers on this one. Don't get me wrong, it's possible that the world might end any time soon but I just don't think the prediction is worth talking or even thinking about.

What did the man do figure up the wrong month ? LOL I do not think anyone here on earth can predict the end of the world. In the Bible it says he will come like a thief in the night. that means to me unexpectantly. If the world does end on that day it will be a fluke. If it does not will this man keep on predicting the future.

All the recent announcements that Jesus is coming (recent as in last 40 years), along with the reminders that the day and time is unknown, reminds me of a story I heard years ago, some of you may have heard this one too...
Now I probably won't get it exactly right but I am pretty sure I can get the general idea of this story across.
There was a man who prayed daily for the Lord to come to him...he offered a fine meal, the best he could offer, he was not a rich man.
One day while praying he heard a voice say. "For thousands of days you have asked me to partake from your table, I have heard your request and will grant it." At last the appointed day and hour came, a fine meal was laid out. The man eagerly awaited the knock at his door.
The hour had grown late when a knock did sound, and the man flung open the door, only to find a small woman standing there shivering in the cold. Being a kind man he gave her his coat to keep out the night's chill. Another hour went by and again a knock at the door, the man hurried to open it, only to discover an elderly man standing barefoot, his feet turning blue. Again being kind of heart he gave the man boots to keep his feet warm...Another hour past, and again a knock on the door, a small child thin with hunger begging for food...the man could not turn this child away and brought him to the table, saying eat, my guest is late and the food grows stale.
When the child was done the man wrapped him in a blanket and the child left.
The man cried out, My Lord, a fine repast did I lay before you and still you did not come, even though it was your promise...
And the Lord replied...
Now are you so sure that a visitation hasn't been happening each and every day?

That's what it says in the bible. As a matter of fact, someone brought up a good point: Even Jesus doesn't know when it's going to happen. So if god's son doesn't know, How's this guy know?
I think this time, for the most part, people are going to laugh at this guy. I mean, one family, fully beleiving that it was going to happen in May, put their three dogs to sleep because they thought there would be no one to take care of them. Can you imagine how they must of felt when 6:01, 6:05 came around and no earthquake?
They say there are certain signs it's coming and some of those have happened. So what I beleive is this, even though I coiuld be wrong, it could happen in August or October or tomorrow. I think we won't see the end of the world, our kids won't see the end of the world but their kids will.

Well, you are right!! it might be anytime but there a great happening that will take place before the world will end and that is according to the Bible. The religion will unite first and there must be great persecution and plagues on earth and then the end of the world comes but there is no specific date and the religion is not yet unified so how come some people know the exact date?

Scripture IS clear that no one knows the exact day and hour of Jesus' return, only the Father. I do, however, feel a sense of urgency as world events unfold seemingly rapidly and in fulfillment of prophecy.
"Time is short and the river rises", so I suggest putting one's spiritual house in order and getting the salvation message and relationship out ASAP.

I didn't believe the prediction the first time becuase it sounded so silly and I won't beileve it this time. I believe in the end of the world but I don't think it's coming just yet. If it would, it would be a tragic ending for us and for the story of mankind.
It's like the saying 'Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. People should not always what they believe hear or read or they would taken advantage of. I don't know what this group is trying to achieve (except creating panic, humor and sarcasm) but they seem to believe that would would just disappear on a particular date without giving any visible sign or cause.
I think the 'apocalypse date' is just a hoax. Perhaps it is just a sick joke to some people. But i hope to live past the 'apocalypse date'. God only knows when the world will end. In the meantime, we human have a lot of life to do.

We do have a pretty good idea when the world will end. There does not appear to be any asteroids big enough to destroy the world which are likely to hit the earth for the forseeable future. Could be some that will destroy life on earth but not for while. The most likely end is, as many other of the billions of planets in the universe, that in about 5 billion years the sun will run out of fuel and implode under it's own gravity. This will cause it to then explode and spread out and engulf all the inner planets including earth. But do not worry about it as everything has it's life cycle and it could well be the the life cycle of the human race it a lot shorter than 5 billion years.

End of the world...heck the world as 'we know it' has happened hundreds of times. Greece fell, Egypt fell, Rome fell...those were once considered the world and yes it ended as those people knew it.
Civilizations rise and fall, history tells us this, thousands of cultures have grown and been lost, will we be any different?
This earth has see global cataclysms, ice ages, global warming (not talking about current events here), and still some segment of humanity continues, grows and builds, separates, colonizes, with many cultures developing along the way, and some being devoured by others, absorbed by some and left to grow alone.
Worry for today and let tomorrow bring what ever it will...for tomorrow never really comes.

I don't believe it. But to tell the truth, since the world becomes worse and worse: so many natural disasters and men made disasters, i think human being's fate will be bleak. Just take Japan's disaster for example, what if another nuclear disaster happens? or what if it can't control the disaster? To be exactly, only one nuclear disaster can put all human being into the hell. We human beings think we can control the world, but it is wrong, sometimes i think it is the god punishing us.
I worry a lot about the world. Food safety problems, more natural disasters, extremely weathers.

No I don't believe it at all. It's all foolish. If the world is going to end then it will end and there is no way anyone could possibly predict it ahead of time. People have been predicting the "END" for as long as I can remember and we are all still here...alive and well. Why in the world do we even want to know? so we can get scared and do what? I would not want to know ahead of time and I fail to see why anyone would. You really have to wonder about the mindset that listens to this stuff.

I didn't believe the prediction that the world would would end on a certain day the first time I heard it, or the second, or the third because, like you, I know that the bible clearly states that no man knows the day or the hour of the end, only God.

No, I don't believe his predicton. It is pride. Camping has let his pride of being intelligent foot him into thinking he is smarter than all of the rest of us and that he is almost as smart as God. He ignores what the Bible says about no man knowing, as if Camping is not a man but above men.

When Jesus said "You will not know the day or the hour," it was because 'days and hours (and all time-measurements)' are a thinking of man!
'Sunrise and sunset' aren't man's decision, nor is the changing of season; but all the little constructions men make according to those events ARE man's decision.
