I have an all in one machine that can do at 100 different exercises, its called the pilates power gym. I love it and it works any and all ares of my body. If I wanna just work on my abs and arms, I can do that. If I wanna do legs and buttocks I can do that. Its small and folds down even smaller to slide under the bed. I got it from the home shopping network

If you don't have time to go to the gym, I'd recommend buying yourself a pair of dumbells. It will have a lot of uses, just visit Men's Health website or subscribe to their magazine.

I'd suggest a training pole which you put between door frame but it's recommended you have strong frame or you can destroy the frame. I have iron frame and pole can be used for a number of exercises not just for hands. You can lift your legs and get abs and so on. Oh and this pole is horizontal i'm not talking about poles for ladies.

Weights and many reps is a good one. You can use things in the home. Heavy cans or bags of food. I dont know what this butterfly-music relaxer is or how it would help you lose weight. The big balls are good for exercises. Learning good balance and working on the core are things my trainer had me concentrate on. I will share two articles I wrote that may be of help also. One on losing with fruit and the other is concentrating on what we are eating.
