I'm sorry about your Suki. 
It is good that your brother sent you a picture of her that touched your heart. I also have a dear photo of my beloved Nera and I like to take it out and I look at it for minutes, remembering all the good things that made Nera so special.
Try to keep her in mind as happy as she was before getting sick. Think about what a beloved dog she was. Her life was short but it was surely a happy life.
Here is Nera's photo that touches my heart. It shows Nera as it was: a happy, well loved dog. She looks like smiling in this picture.

yes we will definitely keep her in our hearts. we have been missing suki very badly. i still miss her now.. it is different without her in the household.

I know how it feels.
You will be missing her for years!
There have been 18 months since I let Nera go and I still miss her kind presence. I go visit the place I buried her as often as I can and this helps me sooth my pain.
We just attache ourselves so much on these furry friends of ours and when they're gone, our heart breaks.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and your family. The picture is lovely and something to cherish. Time does heal all wounds. It really does. It will take time and friends and family will be helpful if you spend time with them.

Yes, I'm sorry but my health has not been kind to me. I have not been active much one the computer at all and that includes in mylot. I came in response to your discussion and one or two others. It's not too many I come in for these days. I'm just not able to.
I know you are sad dear. Hang in there and think of the good times and what good was done with your friend.
