I don't. I prepare breakfast everyday for me and my husband. When I was still a working girl, I still have breakfast everyday. So whether you and I have an 8-5 job or working from home, we should always have it, right? After all, it's the most important meal of the day. What about you? Do you eat breakfast?

Yes, I will eat something everytime I wake up from my bed so it is include breakfast too~ I can't stand to let stomach empty except when it is fasting days. Why skip them when we actually need them because it is important to get our energy from our meals~

Since from young, i never skip breakfast. My parents always advice us to have breakfast before go to study or work. They said it is healthy and important to have breakfast early in the morning. Now, i always prepare breakfast for my hubby, myself and even my son. We always have different food for breakfast like, fried noodles, chicken porridge or even some toasted sandwiches with a cup of milk for breakfast.

I cannot say that I skip eating breakfast but I don't have a heavy meal either. I am always on the go. I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early to avoid getting stuck in traffic and be late for work. However, I try to eat some apples or pack myself some sandwich to boost my energy in the morning and eat it at my office.

Hi sweet pea! I also have been eating light breakfast. Say, a banana, or coffee and bread, or some oatmeal. I just need to fuel up but not really eat a lot for breakfast! Anyway, good for you! And all the best!

Before When I am still working as a medical representative,I sometimes left home without eating my breakfast because I am afraid that I will Be late in the office and I just ate only during lunch time which it gives me headache.Which Is also bad for my health then I realized that breakfast is the important meal of the day but now after I pray I go to kitchen and prepare my breakfast and to my family as well.It helps me to be more productive in my day and helps me to be more active in my daily activities in life:)

Good to hear alquizar. We really do need to eat right to keep our bodies in perfect shape. It's ironic that as we grow old, most of us tend to ignore the basics in life that our parents had taught us. It is true and I believe it, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

I always make sure I don't skip it. If I do, my brain hibernates and I won't be able to use it at work. Haha. And it is also a part of my diet. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner before 6pm. It keeps me on my desired weight, though I try to not eat rice at all (eating rice is kinda big in the Philippines).

Hi guys! Breakfast is very important, as well as the other meals of the day. That's right kamikarin. It's not good to skip it, or any other meal. The best way to lose weight is my way of exercise and good diet. Calories in, calories out.

I thought skipping breakfast is bad and that is not the way to lose weight. I mean eating less in lunch and dinner can lose weight. Is there a saying that eating breakfast starts the day.

Hi there.. I skip breakfast most of the time. I sleep late and i usually wake up at 11 in the morning... however, when classes resume on 13th of June, I have got no choice but to eat breakfast everyday... prices of food in our cafeteria are expensive. moreover, the food is not delectable at all... i am doing some grocery shopping on monday so I could cook whatever I want for breakfast. :)

Hi there blueblink! Maybe you should eat just the right amount of breakfast so you don't get to eat a late lunch. What's a heavy breakfast for you, may I ask?

Yes,I always have breakfast first and then my morning cup of coffee,it doesn't matter what day it is or that I'm not very hungry,I never skip breakfast,in fact I don't imagine what it's like having an empty stomach after a few hours at work.I knew people who skipped breakfast when I was a student, but I didn't do that even at those moments.I agree that skipping breakfast is a huge mistake with serious consequences for our health.

No, certainly not I never ever skip breakfast. Why? because It's the most important meal of a day. You won't have fuel in your engines to start the day without it. I can skip lunch but breakfast, definitely not.

I will stick my hand up for that one...I usually get up about 7am but I don't normally get hungry until about 10am or 11am so I don't eat until then. I only really eat when I am hungry.

Well, the best time to eat breakfast is before 9 am. So, anything beyond this may actually be a brunch already.

One should pay good attention to the breakfast one has as it sustains one for the full day. I do believe in having a good breakfast but go very light in the night.

I always prepare breakfast because my husband and children must eat before they go to office and school. However, since I have been left alone at home all day, I eat my breakfast and lunch together between 10am to 11am. I only have a cup of coffee as I rise from the bed every morning and have a full meal at dinner time with my family.
