Awts, As the days goes by I keep on gaining weight, what should I do now? I cant stop eating. I love to eat from 65 kilograms no I'm 75 kilograms. My figure doesn't look good. If this continues maybe I look like a sumo wrestler....

bantoot_code Yes, I do diet and exercise, but I think my diet is not effective need to change it. I do cardio exercise my goal is just to loss weight, just want to achieve my ideal body weight.
