E-mails is it reliable means for message ? what do u say.

i prefer conventional post rather then emails.

I think so! I've had more problems with the postal service than email.

It can be, but if you sense that a conversation is going the wrong direction, get off the keyboard and get on the phone and make sure that both sides really understand the tone of the conversation!

Email is just as reliable - if not more so - to get someone a message. If anything, email is 100% times faster and you don't have to worry about it getting "lost". You can always make sure if someone gets an email by making them answer a read reciept.

I think it's reliable. I keep in contact with lots of friends by email. It's so much easier and faster than writing a letter.

I like email if I need my answers or I'm waiting for that letter urgently. But I prefer conventional letter if it's personal. I like the touch of pen.

i find it great to email my friends overseas, so quick and simple. i do have a problem occasionally with attachments "falling off" on the way :)
