Unressolved issue regarding to Rent Referrals

I've been involved in making money online like Paid-To-Click or PTC Program. You can earn more if you have Referrals. But if you don't have. It's really hard to earn money in PTC and it will take a long time before you can get cash out. They are two types of Referrals. Direct and Rent Referrals. The issue is about Rent Referrals. Nowadays it's really hard to find a Direct Referrals. so others decided to invest money coming from their own pocket just to have Rent Referrals that will make them money in PTC. Many of them are blessed to have a good Rent Referrals. But others are not. Do you think Renting Referrals is a GAMBLE? or it's like a business that you have to take a risk? I need a deep analization about this. THIS could be THE ANSWER to everyone. We need your opinion about this issue.

In my experience in neobux rent referrals never became gainer. I always end up with loss when rent referrals in neobux even when I recycles those lazy inactive rental referrals. May be my luck is not favored or may be its manipulated! God knows better!
