Japan tips?

I plan to visit Japan some day, is there anything I should know? Any tips? I wouldn't want to offend anyone due to cultural differences

I would love to visit Japan too and I am watching NHK World. It's a network that has shows about Japan and does have news too of what is going on in Japan and they do go over the world too.
