I drink milk before going to bed, I clear my mind, well, i try but then it still takes an hour or more for me to actually sleep do you have any tips for sleeping faster?

Near2011 Nope. I prefer the cold. I'm the kind of person that eat ice cream with the AC on in the dead of Winter. Maybe its because I'm in Mississippi and it doesn't really get cold here.

Near2011 my tip is don't sleep. sleep is dangerous. don't you know the demon lord belzoneff can't hurt you while you're awake. so you're doing it right. stay awake. glue them peepers open and fight the good fight.

Near2011 puzzle and dragons is the best one. I'm shocked that its only big in japan. why the heck hasn't it caught on in the US yet? its like candy crush, but with pokemon type creatures

Near2011 Well, my "religion" is very open so people often get confused as to what religion I am, because I don't discuss it nor do I avoid the topic when it is brought up. Buddhist, by the way. though I feel its more of a philosophy than a religion
