how to keep happy?

everyone will be sad sometimes and we all hope we can keep happy,do you have good methods to keep happy?tell us and let's share it.

As much as possible, i avoid being lonely, so i always pray at the start of the day , for God to give me always a happy disposition, and in times of troubles and sadness, He will be there to comfort me.
The thought that i am alive and healthy is enough to make me happy.

you are a person be satisfied easily,i think you are right ,it really make people happy,but i like people leaving me alone,so that i can stay quiet,quiet can confort me most.

Ah okay , so i see , that you are a loner. I must agree that being alone sometimes can comfort us also. The solitude lets you think calmly and it can give you an avenue to be alone with God and tell Him what's bothering you. After which, you will feel relief.

Who does not want to be happy?
Surely all my friends all want to be happy.
Unfortunately not everyone is easy to feel happy.
There is just barrier; there is only a problem or burden the mind.
Here's the attempt from the source I have ever read to share tips to keep it happy.
1. Smile.
If moderate or restless try to smile, definitely going to be feeling better.
Smiled for no reason can be done right :)
2. Sharing.
Sharing is not just special for women, men found legitimate wrote to do this.
In addition to getting input, usually after sharing feelings will also be better.
3. Grateful for the little things.
Sometimes we forget to be thankful that this morning we still could have breakfast with a plate of rice and drink a glass of hot tea.
And the little things this is one source of happiness everyday.
Three things that are easy ways to be happy. May be Useful.

Alright bofeng101, if you want to be happy today and tomorrow and so on, feel it in your heart, search it in your well being... you can laugh by watching comedy, do something that enlighten your feelings, play computer games, but all things make you happy just temporarily... if you really want to feel it be free and peaceful, sadness is unavoidable, it is always there but of course you can't be there for too long and forever. Be happy as long as you want, as long as you can and feel it deeply! =)
