how to keep happy?

everyone will be sad sometimes and we all hope we can keep happy,do you have good methods to keep happy?tell us and let's share it.

bofeng101 you are a person be satisfied easily,i think you are right ,it really make people happy,but i like people leaving me alone,so that i can stay quiet,quiet can confort me most.

i don't want to play mylot any more,because i am tired,i do my best to make it good .but every time i get so little,so i begin not liking it,although i think meself don't have a lasting confidence.i am confuse.

sometimes i will be sad no reason,i don't know why ?it just become not happy suddenly,i know it is not good but i don't know how to change it ,do you have this situation?how do you deal with it?
