I need help with Trazodone. I'm never hungry anymore.

I've been on Trazodone for three weeks now. This past week and a half I have lost the since of hunger. I don't mean I've lost my appetite, I am literally never hungry. I see food as disgusting and troublesome and have lost 6lbs. in 5 days. I desperately need a way to handle this, because I can't stop taking this medicine due to my severe insomnia. Please help, I don't want a pill to fix the one pill, I hate medicine enough as it is.
