opheliac22 Well for a diet I would suggest you become strict about your calorie and fat intake. And even if your already not eating a lot, the intake of fat means a lot. And if you're healed enough I would suggest Insanity. I'm getting it myself in a few weeks.

Since I'm going vegan I bought this cook book called Super Market Vegan. All the recipes sound so delicious so I'm really excited. But I still was wondering if anyone out there had some other recipes that I should try out.

What is your immediate reaction when you UPSET?

In my case,it is depending upon the seriousness of problem.In general for medium problems i used to count down the numbers from 100 to zero.What do you do?

opheliac22 Unfortunately I get upset all too easily. Whenever that happens I punch and kick the walls, my bed frame, tables, and one time my piano. I just can't seem to calm down until the next week or so.

opheliac22 Yes I have. But in my case it helped to relieve a little of my anxiety about being at work. It didn't impair me at all.

Do you take Ativan? Why do you take it? I take it about once a week or as often as I need it for anxiety and panic attacks.

opheliac22 Yes I do. I take it because I have GAD and panic attacks.I take 2mg 2-3 times a day.

opheliac22 I think it's very important to listen period. But at the same time, yes, it's important for someone to start the discussion to get everything moving.

opheliac22 I love music so much, especially Emilie Autumn's. I can relate in some way to almost all of her songs. You should check her out.

opheliac22 I think I know what you mean. I used to never remember my dreams. And when I suddenly remembered something, it was gone just like that. Now that on meds I remember bits and parts of my dreams, but never the whole thing.

I need help with Trazodone. I'm never hungry anymore.

I've been on Trazodone for three weeks now. This past week and a half I have lost the since of hunger. I don't mean I've lost my appetite, I am literally never hungry. I see food as disgusting and troublesome and have lost 6lbs....

what is the last thing you do before you go to sleep?

opheliac22 I eat crackers because I have meds I take at night. Then I pray. Listen to some Emilie Autumn to doze off to. And when I'm really close to falling asleep I turn of the music. Unfortunately I alwasys wake up between 1 and 4, so I jump on Tumblr for forever.

opheliac22 I feel like that most days too. But you have to remember that your family loves you. Do you have a favorite relative? Or one that you would like to know more about? Start talking to them more often and get to really know them. While building a relationship...

opheliac22 I absolutely love music! I listen to Pink! to keep me awake and motivated while doing important things,such as homework. I listen to Disturbed and Slipknot when I'm so angry I could punch someone in the face. And I listen to Emilie Autumn all the time because...
