i need first love advice

i just met up with my first love we havent seen or talked in 11 years im feeling like i felt 11 years ago butterflys in my tummy. we talked hes married im not but we hugged and he said he wanted to kiss me but didnt and he want to go out on tuesday, what does this mean im so confused please help me

I would not go out with him because he is married. I would not want my husband to cheat on me, so I wont date someone who is married.
