i m living in india...here evrybdy says that taking paracetamol for fever is not a good thing to do...

Taking paracetamol is no harm. According to doctors taking too much of paracetamol is bad to our health i.e., it will affect our lungs. So you can take continuous 6 tablets more than that is not good. If you are suffering from some pain also you can take it.
