Importance of Breakfst

I've just finish my blog today about how important is the breakfast meal that we have. Sometimes a skip this, but as to my research skipping breakfast is not good. Eating outside also is not good because we don't know what they are using in ingredients, the kind of oil and the preparation most especially. So if you have time eat breakfast in your home and cook the right menu that sought to your body.

You are right judelen. Eating breakfast at home is the best meal you can have in a day. Breakfast is the most important meal of all. Eating breakfast will make you more energetic throughout the day. You'll be able to think and move around and will make you not to crave for more during snack. Hence, I always eat breakfast to keep me going for the whole day and to keep me not being sluggish for the day.

I used to be a breakfast skipper but not anymore. Thanks to the many information that gave me reasons not to. It's good you are writing about this topic. Many people still skip breakfast so more writings on this matter should be disseminated. I do always eat breakfast but I prefer light meal only such as fruits and oat but for my hubby, he prefers a heavier meal such as fried rice and fried fish with egg so I have to cook what he likes most lest he skips his breakfast.

I usually have apples, biscuits or bread for breakfast because I am always on the go.
I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early to avoid getting stuck in traffic and be late for work. I usually eat my packed breakfast at my office.

Of course! the most valuable thing I heard was "[people should spend just as much time an effort, if not more, on preparing and eating breakfast as they do dinner"
We should make an effort to eat a hearty, healthy breakfast, add yogurt, fruit, glass of milk or juice. Eat cereal with a slice of wholegrain toast with avocado.
This will make for a lighter lunch, and also a great start to our busy work/family/school day.

Yes thats true, ihav heard it from many people that breakfast is should never be skipped.And i also experienced it because i tried to skip breakfast a few days ago on a n intention to reduce my weight since i am a little fatty but it only made me tired earlier than before and at times i even felt slight giddiness.So even i would suggest that we should not skip our breakfast rather we can make more nutritious and simple if we are health concious.

I agree that breakfast is important. I don't know about what kinds of things are normal breakfast foods in your country, but a lot of people here eat cereals. If it were natural, it might be good, but most of what is sold in stores here are full of sugar and preservatives so aren't really that healthy. As far as eating outside, I take it you are talking about street vendors rather than full restaurants. When I was living in China, I would sometimes visit the street vendors for a quick bite, but most of the food wasn't that healthy so I avoided those. Thanks for posting this reminder!

breakfast is very importance. It is even our needs. if you don't, you'll lose your energy. your day will lose its spirit. so, it is better for us to have a breakfast every morning. one even say that having breakfast is far better having dinner..

To be honest I have not set time to eat.I just eat when ever I feel like I need to.When I wake up I don't like to eat first thing so I hardly ever eat breakfest.I know its important but I just don't care for much breakfest foods :(

That's right.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because our body had been fasting and utilizing the energy/calories we had when we're at sleep to repair our body.We also needed extra energy for our daily activities in the morning.It's sad that many people including myself often skip breakfast especially when in a hurry.It can lead to health problems like gastric ulcers and poor concentration at work.
We really need to take breakfast a home to be sure of the cleanliness of the food we eat, plus we can cook it according to our taste.It can also help us save money too.
