It is possible. They would not have to run without stopping that is not possible. But I do remember watching a talk show with a man who ran from Mexico to Canada but of course he had to stop and rest sometimes, but it is very possible. I don't know if you're familiar but a man with a prosthetic leg ran across Canada.

With the proper preparation and training, I think it could be done, but it would certainly take some time, and you would have to plan in some days to rest your knees and ankles for a couple of days. I am not planning to try in any time soon though...LOL

I think it's possible but it will sure take a lot of time. Somebody who's willing to do it should be fit and healthy enough to do so. I wonder how long it would take,Lol! :D

I think it would be possible with interval of resting and taking food or water. Some people had done this for charity purposes.

sure it's possible, but it would take a lot of time and a lot of rest too. If you walk from your home to your nearest supermarket for a year or two maybe it would be equal length to the width of the USA.

yes this possible, with the right preparation (training, diet and supplements) but this would take time. It would be interesting to see a race out of this. It would be called the "super-mega-ultramarathon" considering the entire distance of the course.LOL
