Movie Time...

Yep, movies really are great to watch whenever you just wanna relieve stress whenever you're at home. For me, there are movies that are great to watch on the big screen and there are movies that are great to watch at home. There's a great difference because at home, I can always lie down while watching while when I'm at a cinema I can't do the usual things I can do at home.

I agree a good movie does relax us and remove the everyday stress. However, I am not a Harry Potter fan, though I do love a good movie. I haven't been to the movies in awhile. I m planing on going to see that movie Inside.

i like watching movies at the theater it makes me feel the movie more, because i don't have a good sound system in our house, but i don't have enough money to watch movie i just go and rent from the store. i have no choice.. but i really really want to watch movies in the theater. do you want to treat me? LOL.

I enjoy watching movies at home, cause it's more relaxing and comfortable. There are some movies that you have to see at the movies to get the special effects...like Avatar I seen at the movies. That was the first movie I seen at the theater in about 15 years.

I grew up queuing my way to see 007's gadgets and exploits. When ET was shown, Betamax was not even a household appliance. That means I have to endure SRO while picking pop corn. That means I simply enjoy the silver screen. So, when big movies are in town, like Harry Potter and Captain America, I have to get those tickets and watch in the cinema. Then I buy the discs six months later and enjoy the movies at home, with my feet popped up on the throw pillows.

It is quite different when we watch movies at the theater,but i feel totally all the same when i watch movies at home especially when i watch great movies...I could forget bad things and feel really good and relax.

Hi whispers! Yes, I agree! It's really more exciting to watch a movie in a theater than at home in dvds. I love watching movies in theaters especially action and adventure movies! Me and my friends watched Harry Potter 7, too in the cinema. It was awesome! I'm planning to watch it again in big screen. I hope I'm still able to catch it before they remove it. But I like watching movies at home, too. Only movies that are okay to watch without the big screen and the sounds that bangs your heart. For me, it's okay to watch romantic comedy movies at home, and also comedy movies. And horror. I prefer to watch horror movies when I'm alone in a dark night.

i enjoy both, but watching at theaters are expensive so i can not do it as often as i want to. i love watching 3D movies and the last one i saw was Harry Potter with my niece. she is a Harry Potter fan. she saw every single one of that movies. since this would be the last i wanted to date her for the last harry potter. me and my wife loves to see the movies too but if we can not then we just wait for the dvd and watch it at home.

Once upon a time I would have agreed with you about seeing a movie at the cinema being special but now I disagree. Between the cost and the rarity of not having someone in the audience annoying you by talking or texting I don’t think going to the cinema is that special. It may also be that a few years back I would be at the cinema 3 sometimes 4 times a week, when it was a lot cheaper, and so it almost became like a second home. So now days I enjoy watching movies from the comfort of my home, flaking out on the sofa with my legs up, whatever food I want to eat on tap and the bonus of being able to pause a good movie if I need to go to the toilet.

It depends on the mood of the family, or you and your partner, or one of you guys. For example, if me or my girlfriend has downloaded a movie, of course we'd watch it at home. We just buy a few snacks and a couple of drinks, and we're good to go! But hey! Watching in a movie house is so much fun, especially when you're not alone right? Be it with a loved one, or your family, or even with your friends!

I prefer to watch movies in theater rather than home. The view and the sounds are far better. The experience is different and very nice. After the movie you can look for a nice place to sit and chat.

I enjoy doing both, Watching movies at home and going out to the theater. But I love it most when I watch movies together with my family, friends and special someone. There is nothing more fun, cozy and heartwarming than sharing entertainment and being together with the persons you love, be it in the theaters or at home. :)
