Yummy Chicken!!

Chicken is versatile. You can eat it the whole week everyday with different ways. Make it into fillings and stuff it inside pita bread, cook in current, roast them, make chicken rice, make curries and many other ways. Its up to your imagination.

He must like how they prepare it versus how you make it at home? I can say KFC has certainly gotten pricey over the years. We had some from the deli counter at the grocery store yrs ago and i couldn't tolerate the grease so i had not eaten from there since.... but I chalk that up to the fact I was pregnant as we had it at meetings at work and no problems.

hi ja! big chicken fan here! when i was younger, fried chicken has always been my comfort food. every occassion, birthdays, anniversaries, and what not, chicken is always served either fried or grilled! hopefully, you had your fill of chicken when you wanted it. just last night, i got kfc chicken for my daughter. not only that, the local mcdonald's here serves fried chicken as well so i got an order of mickey d's fried chicken, their chicken nuggets, and their crunchy chicken sandwich. needless to say, me and my daughter had our fill of chicken. yummmmyyyyyy!!!

Hi jah! I like fried chicken too! It's yummy and surprisingly it's very easy to cook. I used to have a hard time frying chicken. But now, I'm very comfortable cooking them!Yay!! My hubby also likes KFC! It's what we have when I'm too lazy to cook!hahahah! Recently though, I've made a commitment to myself not to eat chicken skin, no matter how delish they seem to be. How about you? Do you eat their crispy, yummy crunchy skin?

He hates chicken but loves KFC....Wow,what sense does that make? Actually,chicken is my favorite foodMatter of fact I just came from McDonald and had a chipolte BBQ chicken wrap.....Yummy!They make it either with grilled or breaded styles of chicken.I tried the breaded tonight.Previously I have had the grilled style.I found that I do prefer the breaded style. I love KFC chicken,either the origional or crispy style,not their grilled.But,as far as eating chicken out I also like Popeyes,my favorite is Roy Rogers chicken.It is very juicy and tender,yet well seasoned. When I was a child we got chicken from a fast food restaurant called Dino's which was really good.But,I love homemade chicken mostly.When I was a child we mostly had southern style fried chicken and sometimes oven roasted.Then as I got older and they invented crock pots we had it roasted from the crock pot! As I became an adult and lived in my own home and fixed food and ate food that I liked myself.I fixed chicken casseroles made with a variety of Campbells soups,I fix chicken tacos,buritos,omelets and a variety of other recipes.My favorite pizza is white pizza topped with chicken and mushrooms. You are probably craving it because you don't get it very often.

Hello Dear Jahernandezrivas! I too like Chicken and relish it in any form, may it be then fried or roasted or made as curry! In India chicken is roasted with various spices and we call it as tandoori Chicken and it is eaten along with fresh vegetable Salad it is so tasty that, I am drooling while answering your discussion! LOL! In India we have variety of chicken preparations especially as curries and these preparations vary from state to state and in a state from Tehsil to Tehsil! Thus we have lot of varieties of Chicken dishes to taste in our country with a peculiar taste to every dish! Chicken Biryani is spicy rice cooked along with chicken and one must try this dish at least once in a life time if time permits! This is a fantastic dish which they call as Nawabi or shahi which means 'Royal' and it justifies the title given to it! As far as KFC is concerned I am also a big fan of KFC preparations and reentry of KFC in India made me very happy along with many other Chicken lovers as I like the way the chicken is being prepared there! They are using a special technique keep the chicken juicy and tender and now a days we have options in KFC to have chicken with Indian spices which makes it more attractive for the masses that have the typical taste associated with the Chicken! For me any dish excepting the ones with bones is fine so long it is from KFC! I simply love to have KFC chicken! Thanks a lot for the discussion , I loved participating in it! Thanks !

Chicken nowadays are really different from Chickens before and I believe they really bring some health risks we don't know yet. We have both kind of Chickens in our farm (poultry), the native ones, and the what we call "broiler" Chickens that mature for only 45 days. The broiler Chickens are the ones being supplied to fast foods like Kentucky Friend Chicken. They are usually feed with laboratory-formulated feeds and are genetically modified so they will mature faster and be fit for business. I am not exactly sure of what health risks they pose to humans, but maybe cancer. This is the reason why I don't eat too much Chickens.

Oh, I understand your husband perfectly well. I've had a lot of different chicken in my life, but there's something about the KFC recipe that sets it apart from other fried chicken. Don't get me wrong, I've had better chicken, but if we're just talking about fast food chicken, KFC is definitely the best.
