inkcity I wouldn't say it contributes to it, really. I mean, If your reason for putting makeup on is because you think you're ugly and you think of makeup as more like a mask than something to enhance your features, then I'd say you have low self esteem to begin with....

inkcity It absolutely is! Aside from all the reasons you've mentioned, it's just plain rude when you're walking and someone suddenly blows smoke in your face. I just hate it when that happens! So a law prohibiting smoking in public is definitely something GREAT.
