yes, electrostatic force is more stronger than gravitational force.when a object feel gravitational force before that a less amount of electrostatic force will exists.

yes electrostatic force is much stronger than gravitational force infact it is the strongest force in all forces.

i dont know the proper reason but electrostatic force binds the atoms or electrons from one another which require a huge force as compared to gravitational force,but i know that gravitational force is the weakest force among electrostatic and magnetic force...!
