ajysharma its only give relaxation on that time but it is harmful to you and also create ulcer in your throat and stomach. if you want to quit then you have choose another one like chewing gum , choclates etc .

ajysharma it does not depend on human being i think its depend on nicotin because its remove tension , away from fear etc,.. if you want to quit then you have take something like center fresh (chewing gum).
