Why drinking too much white milk can give me a stomach ache?

So, I can't exceed drinking one glass of regular white milk everyday , because it gives me a stomach ache. But, I don't think that I'm lactose intolerant because I can still eat large portion of other dairy products (milk, cheese) and I can drink chocolate milk or strawberry milk in a large amount, so it keeps me wondering why every time I exceed to one glass of plain white milk I get this stomach ache?
is any one here have the same problem? please share it to me friends:) God bless you all!

hi friend , i think you are physically weak and sometime you feel mentally weak yourself . these problem are arises due to your liver , your liver are not strong and also your pancreas are also so weak . the function of pancreas is to secreate the fluid . you should take medicine and show your stomach to good doctor......

One of my siblings loves to drink milk and experience the same thing. She throws up every time she drinks her second glass. We consulted a doctor and was told that drinking milk alone with an empty stomach will make you acidic, its because of the composition within the milk which causes people to throw up. The doctor advice her that every time she drinks her milk make sure she had eaten something like bread, cookies etc.

Dont drink the milk without boiling them. And once you boil them and dont keep them in the fridge. Raw milk can cause you stomach ache. But milk really good for the daily activities and gives you good energy for the day.

I still think you probably are lactose intolerant. There is less lactose in cheese, hence, mildly lactose intolerant people can still sometimes eat cheese.
Try skim milk, which has leess lactose, or better still, lactose free milk, or soy milk.
My daughter and I are lactose intolerant.
Lactose intolerance is far more common in people of Asian or Aboriginal descent.

flowerfest08,
After reading your post, I would recommend that you try out Low Lactose or No Lactose Milk (plain) if you'd like to overcome your reaction problems. It has worked for me when I have a high dairy diet day.
So, do give it a try and see how it goes for you.

Hi, flowerfest08. Have you ever considered drinking milk that has less fat in it? Maybe if you would try to drink milk that has less fat, it won't make your stomach ache. I also think that you should discuss this issue with your doctor too. I drink milk and my stomach never hurts. Maybe there is something that could be wrong with the milk that you are drinking too. I know that sometimes, this plays a part in why a person may accumulate an stomach ache.

milk coats the linning of the stomach, and too much milk can cause tummy ache.
it also be if the milk is very cold.
