How to Gain Weight?

I have read many problems about how to lose weights, and how to lose cholesterol for fat people. However, for thin people, how to gain weight?
I have the same problem cause i am a thin person, i would like to know how to gain weight and muscle so that i will not be teased by my neighbors that i am thin.

I have been trying for years and couldnt do it, i have litrally over the past month started to pile the weight on heathily. Go to www.Livestrong.com (if you have an iphone/andriod phone they have an app) and type in your weight and age and your activity level and it will tell you what calories to eat. you want to eat complex carbs like bread, pasta, rice ect. with proteins such as tuna, steak, chicken, fish, nuts. make sure you are eating every 2-3 hours and each meal adds up to about 800-1000 calories depending on your calorie goal. you want to be having about 6-7 meals a day. good luck!

take it from someone whose never used vitamins but still fat- Me.
I just eat. Its not that I eat all the time or I eat pork all the time. When I say I eat,it means whenever you feel hungry you eat. I eat healthy food but I am still fat and I thnk its because when I eat, I eat a lot.
Unlike most fat people who are sickly, I am not. Well maybe not yet.
Another way to gain weight is to rest a lot. lol. When I feel a little sleepy, I do not only take nap, I really sleep .
OR maybe do what I am doing now, working online - sitting in front of your pc and not exercising.

Devouring more fatty foods will certainly contribute to weight. Fast foods help gain weight too. At the outset one should guard against weight gain.

You probably have a very high metabolism. Make sure you are eating enough during the day and not skipping meals. A sure way to gain weight is to drink milkshakes every night. I know this because years ago I was sick and lost a lot of weight. My doctor told me to drink the milkshakes and it worked. For building muscle you'll have to exercise and lift some weights.

live free,dont take any kind of tension or stress,take proper diet some times more than usual and take proper bed rest will definately help you in gaining weight.
