I used to get headaches like all the time but I hadn't had one in a while until today.. It hurts so bad I was almost in tears earlier (it's lasted bout 3 hours so far). I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some tips on ways to make it go away.. Please help!

Many times severe headaches are a sign of dehydration. Drink about 32 ounces of water and rehydrate yourself that should help. I also find that taking a hot shower often helps as it helps to clear out the sinuses. I like to blow my nose out really hard while my face is under the hot and of course wash my face right away. I find most of the time when I have a headache it is sinus related.

From time to time, I get headache too. In my case, it had been coming from the stresses at work. At the advice of one of my friends, I have been practising yoga meditation. I do that every evening after I get back home from work. That has been a wonderful way to relax and get rid of the stresses of the day. I rarely get headache these days. You might want to try that too.

Whenever I have headache, I drink chamomile tea, it could give you a relax feeling. Try also to turn off the light when you sleep, because sometimes headache comes from lack of sleep. If the those advised doesn't work, try to ask a professional help - from a Doctor.
