I am already 23 years old but I am still fond of watching cartoons such as Bod the Builder, Tooth Fairy, Spongebob Square Pants and a lot more. Well, i don't know, my mom is telling me that I should not watch them because it is not appropriate on my age but I insist. For me, age doesn't matter when watching such cartoon shows. I usually do that so that I can relax myself from the stress that I had for that day.
how about you? Do you still watch cartoons at your age?

I'm 28 years old and I still watch a few cartoon shows! I LOVE Winnie the Pooh, but that's a classic. More recent shows I adore are "The Fairly Odd Parents" and "The Penguins of Madagascar."
I don't think there's anything wrong with watching cartoons now and again. Like you said, it's a great way to de-stress. They are just cute, amusing shows that make you laugh - nothing wrong with that! Of course if you watch 3+ hours a day of cartoons, every day, well, then maybe you have a problem! lol But that much television a day itself isn't healthy.
I say better CARTOONS than "REALITY" TV!

I think many of us still watch cartoons shows.I dont think cartoons are just for kids nowadays. My nephew watches many cartoon shows and many times I have to change the channel but at times I get myself stuck on different cartoon shows.Basically that takes me to a relaxation state.I dont have to give so much pressure to my brain so its good to watch cartoons.I still like old Tom & Jerry and some new cartoon character like Doaraemon ,ben10 and few more..are very interesting to watch every time.Bet10 reminds me of action packed comics that we used to read in our childhood.

Most of us here in our house actually watch cartoons except our parents of course. Sometimes other people tell me that I'm too old to watch it. I just reason out that it's not stated there that it's only for children. Even adults can learn some piece of moral lessons from kid shows.

Lessons from those cartoons are really helpful especially for children. I admit that sometimes when I watch cartoons, I also learned from it. It is not really about kids thing when you watch cartoons. Even adults like us can enjoy the moral of such cartoons.

Hello there!
Yes. I do love watching cartoons. My old time favorite is Tom and Jerry. They are just funny! No matter how many times I watch them, I don't seem to have enough. I also love the Silvester - Tweety Bird and Coyote - Road Runner conflicts. It is just fun to be a kid at heart. Whenever I have time for relaxation, I give my self a treat. I would have the Cartoons Marathon in an entire day with chips and popcorn!

Leave me some room on the sofa, Starlight! I'll join you! I love all the old cartoons but, unfortunately, they don't seem to be broadcast very often now in the UK. Once upon a time they were on every day. They really made a difference if I'd had a bad day and cheered me up no end!

I'm 30 and I love watching cartoons with my kids. The Regular Show and Adventure Time are hilarious I think. I also like watching the non-cartoon kid shows. Like Victorious, Shake It Up, Wizards of Waverly Place. I watch those when I'm home by myself. The adult shows a lot of times reminds of my "adult" responsibilites. Lol. I love watching the kid shows and remember how easy it was as a kid.

watching cartoons can help us to forget our problems for a meantime. Like me, when I watch cartoons, it makes me feel to be a child again no problems, no responsibilities at all. I know it is only a temporary feeling but I love that feeling.. Welcome to mylot!

I do enjoy cartoons. Especially Batman,Spiderman,Ben 10.
I would actually call them animation movies. The animations released are better than the actual hollywood flicks.
The likes of Kung Fu Panda, Megamind, Tangled are very good to watch and also provide Entertainment.

I still watch cartoons and I love it. I am almost 30 and I love to sit down and watch a cartoon or two. Now there are a lot of cartoons that I think don't measure up to what I used to watch but there are still some good ones like Kiyou and Phineas and Ferb.

Yeah I love watching cartoons. Cartoons helps to me to relax and also to enjoy life. Tom and Jerry is my favorite cartoon. I also like watching Disney cartoons. Now a days it is easy to get lots of television channels that show cartoons 24 hours a day. When I was young I had only two or three hours per week of cartoons.

I am also 23 and I too still enjoy watching cartoons. It's fun to watch. I have friends, who are my age or a little older, and they too still enjoy watching cartoons. I don't really think that there's an age limit for cartoons. I think that you can enjoy them, no matter what your age.

Watching cartoons doesn't really requires age. as long as you know your limitations. and it does not necessarily means that if you watch cartoons, you will not act and think your age. it;s not like that. People sometimes misinterpret such. Thanks for responding. have a great day!

I'm 23 as well. Just like you my mom said cartoons are for kids and you have already grown up don't you plan to watch cartoons with your kids in the future. Actually I just ignored what she said. Well you are right we can relax ourselves. For me cartoons have already become a part of my life. It's like necessaries for me.

Damn straight! I think cartoons are not just for kids. I like you is already 23 years old but still, I still love watching cartoons. And by the way, most of the cartoons now are not just simply cartoons. You can learn a lot from cartoons nowadays, cartoons are not just simply made nowadays to just watch and enjoy, but, today we can now enjoy what we watch on the cartoons and at the same time we can learn from those cartoons that we watch. There are a lot of great cartoon movies now, especially those 3D movies:))

I still enjoy watching cartoons! Granted, it's not as much as I used to watch, but turning on the t.v. to find an old cartoon I liked watching is a nice feeling. Plus, I have relatives that are still children and will only watch cartoons, so sometimes I will just sit with them and enjoy watching them! I also agree that age doesn't matter when watching cartoons. It's just a style of television and film! There are many cartoons out there that are designed for specific age groups, like Dora the Explorer for kids and Family Guy for an older community.
