santhuqr the first one uses utorrent and you can have lot of seeders if your content is worthwhile ....the speed is awesome if you have a large number of seeders like say 1GB file will be downloaded within 25 MINUTES..... The second is all in one hosting...

santhuqr @pulak There are no such type of sites or not that i have heard of....Anyways there is this thing www.thepiratebay.com this site has a record of not deleting a single file from its invention 8years ago and there are similar sites like novamov.com etc also...
