I think late is best. Real love cant be formed after only two or three dates. Attraction can grow, but love is a far more fragile creature. A careful but lasting love will takes it time to learn of and full appreciate the other person. I feel it is only appropriate to utter the three rose red words after the couple has known each other long enough to really know each other. Mutter those words to early and they become a trivial phrase.

I don't know it depends on the situation. Are you in a relationship of commitment? Is the other person stable enough to handle those three words? Can you trust this person in a "I love you" relationship?
You need to think about these things before you can decide that yourself.

I think it's normal to feel that way, we're normal so we can feel love and hate. As long as we can express our feelings without hurting the person much.

For me, three words not enough to be accompanied also by doing, so that really loves me, and hopefully when people said i love you should of from the heart.
