I feel you should confront your boss about this situation. It is unfair to you and other people in the workplace. Don't tough it put, sure it's smart, but that means that your throwing away all of your business opportunities and could mean something later on in life.

At the end, every boss still want to maintain or grow their business one way or another and in order to do that
they do need some goods assistants to achieve their goals. I think you should discuss with your boss soonest before it´s too late

U should be in ur limits and why should u go out with ur boss....
Is he ur friend...Is he ur husband....
Is there any point to go out with ur boss.....without having valid relevant reason...Thanx...

I like this. First the boss is calling for bad luck to the company. Secondly call the wife and tell her so she can come and give the %#@#@## a piece of mind. Do it before the %$#@##@## brings more bad luck to the business. Actual fact is the boss and the %$#@@### is worried also if the wife got to know about it and chances are the %%$##@@# will leave, the husband might divorce the wife but why should the wife stays for the cheating husband. The office staff can start collect data for the wife to make her claims. Eliminate bad vibes and bring in good vibes

Tough one, it seem like you are caught between a rock and a hard place. But I think you should confront your boss about your concern (in a polite way), I am sure he or she can't just fire you for raising a concern. If things don't work then I suggest you start looking for another job because for how long can you survive in such environment. Unless the is someone above your boss that you can speak to. Good luck

The company has a problem created by the management itself. There are rules in company that no one is allowed to have a relationship with your co-worker cause it affect your work. And your boss is the first one doing that,my God. Better solve this problem before its too late or he will lose all his workers.

Personally I am glad most jobs I have ever worked at had a No fratanizing when it comes to working around your Boss. I have seen in many instances even if a Boss is not dating someone choosing favorites and making it miserable to everyone else. All you can do is do your job, and hope somehow something happens to where your work is once again appreciated as well.

It's hard to bring up the subject, but could you try making some tongue in cheek jokes about the situation which might make them realise how difficult they are making life for everyone else?
Failing that, is there someone more senior in the organisation you could have a conversation with?

I think going out with a boss is a big thing. Because negative comments about favoritism cannot be stopped. Also, it creates a worse working environment for everyone. Productivity is affected and also the performance of the whole group will be sacrificed. Better to know when and where to put this things so that everything will in order.

I think it is not good to go out with a boss because for me it's being unethical and the working environment will make bad issues.
