Firefox tweaking

I know a little bit about Firefox tweaking but I need more complex Firefox tweaking can anybody knows a lot about tweaking browser especially Firefox or even Internet explorer?

I use Firefox,but I have a clue as to what Firefox tweaking.I am gonna research that.
