Plans for this long weekend?

we are still asked to work even if it is a holiday because we work at the hospital. it is just an ordinary day for us. something that will make it extra ordinary is the fact that we are on overtime. weeee... but it feels sad knowing that most of the people are just relaxing at home and we still have to work.

Weather is not good to spend time outdoors, so I think, I'm gonna stay home, and yes, clean the room, cook for the family, watch movies, and read. This time is also a good time to spend some more time here in mylot.

hayy yeah.. long weekend. 4 days straight no work.. wow i have been waiting for this!! =) now it has come! haha here is my plan: saturday, go to the mall and supermarket with my mom. sunday,go to church in the early afternoon and go to a friend's send off celebration... until the morning of monday... monday, i'd probably be sleeping when i come back home. tuesday, hmm just stay at home and do a lot of mylotting! :D

It would have been nice to take advantage of the long weekend to go on vacation by Pagasa said it's going be a wet week end. True enough, it's not just wet but floody week end, thanks to the typhoon wrecking havoc up north.

long weekends are good for students and those who work in offices, for us in business it's the same work, plus the thought that there are no bank transactions for a long time. Perhaps I would look for things to fix in the house and clean to prevent dengue. Maybe a little gardening too., no need to wake up early for wife because the children have no school.

Good for you igatiful_badass, movie marathon is great but I think it's better to read more books than just sitting down. You'll be a couch potato if you'll be used to that.

I really am worried because Typhoon Mina might spoil our plan to visit the beach this long weekend. We've long planned for this beach vacation and hopefully the typhoon will not spoil our plan. I love to stay in the beach because this is where I could really rest. The view of the sea is so restful and inspiring. I love to view the beach especially when the sun starts to set. It is during this time that the beauty of the heavens and the sea could be fully viewed. However if it keeps raining then how can I see the sunset? I wish the rain stops.

Until I have acquired my Pay out there's no way i will make plans for any day. I needed to have my Computer replace with a new one because i can no longer stand the use of this laptop for some reason. my plans for the weekend is definitely non except to mylot still. am always home and comfortable here. have a nice day

Good for you to have a long rest. As for me, I will be working on the weekend and on monday and tuesday. I guess it's a double pay if I am not mistaken. My job operates 24/7 so we still do work on holidays. It's a good thing because we will be having more money than the usual working days. I don't think I will enjoy the long weekends if ever my job does have these holidays because I am already used to working on weekends and holidays.

I hope I still have time to spend the holidays because I have work on a Saturday and I will be busy checking and making grades for my students (71 of them) for midterms. But, since my nephews and my niece will be coming over for the holiday I guess, I need to spend time with them. I am thinking about going to beach or maybe just stay at home and bake a cake for them!

Oh thanks for asking! My friends are coming over to my house and just like you, we'll be having movie marathon, after going to mall and just have some really fun time together. They'll be coming to sleepover for 2 nights and I can't wait!
