I like vegetables very much and i make it a point to cook them every day so that some time, our baby also picks up some thing . my hubby is not a big vegetable lover. he loves to eat deep fried items and chicken. Chicken is a dish which he loves to cook also on his own. he never wants me in the kitchen when he is the cook, especially while cooking chicken. he likes Tandoori a lot but he cooks with gravy most of the time because my in laws like the gravy one. they enjoy it with Indian bread that is chapatti and little bit of rice. if i cook veg also , he loves it with lots of oil and gravy in it, he never enjoys a plain stir fried thing or simple onion garlic added in the vegetable style dish. he loves to eat rich food. i just wants him to eat little bit more of vegetable with little bit less of oil in it. he do not enjoy vegetable so our daughter also do not enjoy it. what to do. i am the only one with that taste. do you cook vegetable daily or you have a menu ? i cook one vegetable daily, one lentil or pulse soup , rice, chapati, served with beaten curd and a plate of raw salad with a dash of pepper, salt and lemon juice.
How is your family with vegetables? do they love and enjoy to eat?

One cup of vegetables is a must. Eat atleast one type of vegetable a day. Carrots are very good to kids as it is contain lot of vitamin A. Cucumber is also good for the growing children.

Vegetable plays a main role in our diet. Here even if the vegetables will be much more expensive in the bad weather, we still buy the vegetables. It is a must in our meal. It will be hard to believe that we will not have vegetables in the table. I can understand that not everybody likes eating it, but I am sure due to some cooking ways, you shall still enjoy eating some kinds of vegetables. For example, many people like french fries, don't they?:)
I love China

I am an vegetarian so no doubt I love the vegetables. I think vegetables are healthy and one must include it in their daily meal. Yeah, it's a great problem with some non-veg loving person to get them to eat vegetables and children and vegetables don't go well together as well! In my family we also cook at least one vegetable daily, it could be a typical Indian curry dish or simply fried vegetables. Except for some particular vegetables almost everyone loves other vegetables in my family!

With all the latest knowledge, it is unthinkable not to eat some servings of veggies and/or fruit every day. My husband did not like many veggies, but we talked it over so that I could give him the ones he accepted.
