I've also heard about using bread as HWG mentioned. If that is not working, you will need to get her to a vet as soon as possible regardless of the inconvenience to you. A long shot would be to take her to a regular hospital emergency room. Sometimes the doctor at the ER will make an exception and help.

I think the best thing to do is to just give her a lot of water. This will help soothe her throat which will calm her and may help the bone slide down slowly and not very dangerously in her stomach where after a while will be digested. I think the bread idea is a little toodangerous since it can get stuck along with the bone and therefore be deadly.

I remember someone saying this once also and if it is stuck you can feed the dog bread which allows it to slowly slide down into the tummy so they can digest it. However if the bone has splinters it can be dangerous because it can cause some tearing and scratching in the throat and or esophagus. So you will have to watch the dog and see how it goes, but you might have to find a vet as I understood it can be dangerous. Good luck and do hope your dog will be okay.

Gag the dog. Open it's mouth and check yourself if you can see where the bone got stuck. And please never feed the dog human food. Raw chicken wings and necks are better.
