How to solve problem with install of pesedit?

Hi everybody, do you know about the game of pesedit.com2011 patch? I try to install it but have a problem to play, it is said : "The Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 has stop working". Do you ever experience this problem? How to solve it? I use windows 7 in my PC. Hope to get some helps/sharing from friends. Thanks a lot. Best wishes,
