1) Well, if you have made an index.html file and you want to publish it on the web, you can do it for free. You can try some of these: http://www.ripway.com http://www.t35.com http://www.000webhost.com All of these sites will add their own banners or change the name of you website (e.g. www.yoursite.ripway.com) 2) If you want your own domain and your own space, I suggest you: http://godaddy.com http://hostgator.com Hope I helped !! :)

My domain is hosted through Dynadot for around 10 dollars a year. Their web hosting is around 20 dollars a year but I just need the domain.

I personally use Arvixe and they are a great host. 7.00 per month or 4.00 per month for a 2 year contract thing which comes out to 96.00 which is an awesome deal :) I would use them. They are the best cheaper hosting company I have used. =) been a happy customer for 2 years now. Just signed on to the two year contract thing.
