I love board games as well - we play Trivial Pursuit (OMG you don't know how dumb you are until you play this game) as well as Scrabble. Scrabble is our favorite though - it is our "family" get together game, my son, my daugher-in-law, my Mother, and myself - it is a 3 generation game, really fun watching the "kids" trying so hard to beat their Grandmother. Board games are the GREATEST for Quality Family Get togethers!!

board games - shelf full of board games

In this day of technology I hate to see the board games become a thing of the past. Even most of the board games we played as kids are now available in the 'electronic' version. Some of my favorite boardgames to play still.... NHL Monopoly Scrabble Boggle Battleship

Hey, I play most of the existing board games... My two favourites: scrabble- mind power, backgammon- makes my day shine when I'm lucky... :P
