how to motivate yourself to loose weight......???

hey friends i have put on lot of weight but i am so lazy and so busy even if i woke up in the morning quite early i am not able to go to even a morning walk. jogging is far far away from my will.......please guys tell me some motivating ways to motivate myself to loose weight.......

Hi himanshu, drink 2 glasses of water before meals which will bring down your intake , and skip one meal, preferably dinner - instead eat only a salad or soup and you will see that you will lose weight much faster.Once your body weight reduces, you automatically feel lighter and active, and I amsure that you would want to go for a walk regularly in the mornings or evening...

This is a good suggestion an do follow this may be that is one reason I am not that much fat.. actually I am not fat but want to be fit.

Losing weight is almost always a battle for a lot of us. I don’t know how much you want to lose but I find that starting with changing eating habits first is a good place to start and I find all you need to do is cut portion sizes and snacks instead of embarking on a full scale diet (pardon the pun...lol) If you see yourself losing even a tiny bit it may motivate you to get out and do more exercise. I think taking little baby steps is the key to making life changes. Good luck….

Here are some suggestions. Stick on to a vegetable and fruit diet, drink a lot of water, go for brisk walks, skip your dinner but instead have a snack in the evening and some milk in the night. Try this and I am sure you will come out with flying colours.

Winter is my weakness. I always gain in the winter and loose in the summer because I am always on the go. My best motivation was investing in a cheap piece of exercise equipment and using it at least once a day for at least 30 minutes a day. Considering by busy schedule it helps. Plus when i go shopping i always but apple sauce and other canned fruits to snack on and save the chocolate for the weekends lol. I tend to still eat pizza too. But i work out a little harder and limit my self to only four slices a day without eating anything else unhealthy. It really works too.
